Antares automatic inspection machines
Antares’ automatic inspection systems deliver consistent, high-speed visual inspection for injectable products in vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges.
Using a combination of high-resolution cameras, advanced lighting systems and artificial intelligence (AI), these machines detect a wide range of defects including particles, cosmetic flaws, and sealing issues.
The systems are built for 100% in-line inspection and support high-throughput environments while ensuring regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA and EU Annex 1. Available with a wide range of configurations, these machines can be customized to meet specific production needs and container types.
Antares semi-automatic inspection machines
The semi-automatic inspection machines are typically used for clinical batches, development runs, or products with low to medium output.
Operators are assisted by ergonomic design and optimized lighting, ensuring a high inspection quality with minimal fatigue.
The semi-automatic systems allow for inspection of difficult-to-handle products or formats and are ideal for visual checks of particulates, container integrity and cosmetic defects in accordance with applicable pharmacopeias.

PPS Service & Aftersales
Uniquely for the industry PPS has its own service department, which is of great benefit to our customers. PPS service department has specially trained technicians with the highest expertise and experience. We offer a long list of services, including:

- Design of complete solutions; everything from the requirements specifications and logistics, to execution and validation.
- Competent feedback on automation solutions or other type of production optimization.
