Uniquely for the industry, PPS has its own service organisation with specially trained technicians. Our service department has the competences, expertise and experience to handle a wide range of tasks; from technical drawings, installations and refurbishment of existing equipment, to relocation of entire lines and training of technical personnel and operators. Our technicians also provide service on equipment not supplied by PPS.
We offer customized service and aftersales agreements to our customers. The aftersales service department delivers high standard technical assistance to our customers, both urgent and planned. As unscheduled production stops are often costly, we provide fast and efficient support when an urgent situation occurs. Moreover, a scheduled maintenance agreement for production equipment reduces production downtime and can be performed when convenient according to your production plan.
PPS also delivers spare parts and consumables directly to our customers. Having our own stock, we can offer our customers fast and efficient delivery, which minimizes production downtime.
