Whistleblower Policy PPS A/S

Purpose

At PPS A/S, we are committed to maintaining an open and transparent culture where employees and partners can speak up about unethical or unlawful conduct without fear of retaliation. The whistleblower scheme allows for secure and anonymous reporting of serious concerns.

Who can report?

The whistleblower scheme is available to:

  • Employees (full-time, part-time, interns, students)
  • Former employees
  • External partners, consultants, and suppliers

What can be reported?

You can report matters such as:

  • Suspected corruption, bribery, or fraud
  • Breaches of laws or regulations, such as data protection or workplace safety
  • Harassment, discrimination, or threats
  • Serious violations of internal policies or ethical guidelines
  • Irregularities in accounting, bookkeeping, or internal controls

Note: Ordinary HR matters (e.g., dissatisfaction with management or coworkers) should be addressed through your manager, not via the whistleblower channel.

How to report?

PPS uses a secure, anonymous whistleblower portal hosted by Sheltr:

You decide whether to remain anonymous. All reports are encrypted and handled via the secure platform.

Who handles the reports?

Reports are received and reviewed by a designated whistleblower officer at PPS. If necessary, the case may be referred to external legal counsel. All reports are handled confidentially and in compliance with applicable law and data protection regulations.
