Fully ready for Industry 4.0, the Web 4.0 is designed for high-resolution printing on web materials. This flexible system can easily be integrated into existing packaging lines and integrates seamlessly into the digital workflow. Thanks to the integrated digital printing module, which can be scaled if desired, the system can be expanded from one to up to six spot colors or WCMYK plus lacquer.

And there’s more; the Web 4.0 already fulfills future serialization requirements and is capable of printing individual data on each individual blister pocket. Watch the video of the HAPA Web 4.0 below:

At Scanpack PPS will launch the RedCube Plus fully integrated into a Beckhoff XTS linear transport system to form a highly flexible and high-performance system, designed for digital full color print onto plastic components. The system running on the booth is built for printing onto medical grade devices such as Blow-Fill-Seals, and is made in a collaboration between Graniten, HAPA and PPS. Other integrations of HAPA digital print technology is offered by PPS, and both standard and custom solutions can be offered. Stop by to see samples and videos of the system where we print full color high resolution images on plastic caps at an impressive speed of 1500 caps/min. Please watch the video here:
