When you contact PPS A/S via our different email addresses we collect personal information to service your inquiry. No data is shared with third parties.
Our website can be used without entering personal information. However, we collect personal information from you if you use the website’s contact form (your name and your email). No data is shared with third parties.
Our website make use of so-called cookies to know the user/usefulness of the website’s content. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser transfers and stores on your computer. They are used to improve your website experience as well as to optimize our website and services. In most cases, these so-called “session cookies” are deleted when you leave our site again.
We automatically collect and store information that your browser automatically sends to us in server logs. These are:

When you subscribe to our newsletter you can cancel your subscription at any time, at the bottom of the received newsletter. As long as you receive newsletters from us we will save your name, mail address and your IP address. Data is not shared with third parties.
Job vacancies / job applications
We collect and process your application data electronically for the purpose of completing the application process. If your application results in a contract of employment, the data collected from you may be stored in your electronic “Personnel Folder” for normal organizational and administrative processes in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
If your application is rejected, data you have entered will automatically be deleted six months after the notice of rejection. This does not apply in situations where legal requirements require a longer retention period – or when you have explicitly agreed that we store your data for a longer period of time in our database of potential applicants.
Information/Cancellation/Deletion of data
You can always contact us free of charge if you have questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal information. The same procedure if you wish to correct or delete this information. Please be aware that you have the right to have incorrect data corrected or to delete personal data, where such a requirement does not violate our legal obligation to maintain this data.
